Draft 2017 State Management Plan for Public Transportation ready for public comment

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has published a draft of the State Management Plan for Public Transportation and is available for comment until November 15, 2017. This Plan is a document which describes the state policies and procedures for administering the various Federal Transit Administration (FTA) program funds and state funds for public transportation. This document also is an information source for disseminating transit information to the general public and all other interested parties.
An electronic copy of the draft State Management Plan for Public Transportation is located on the NDDOT’s website at https://www.dot.nd.gov/divisions/localgov/transit.htm by clicking on “Draft – State Management Plan for Public Transportation – 2017”.
Comments should be sent to email@example.com no later than November 15, 2017. The subject line should read “Attn: Local Government – Draft – State Management Plan for Public Transportation”.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:
- language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency (LEP), and
- translations of written material necessary to access NDDOT programs and information.
Appropriate provisions will be considered when the Department is notified at least 15 days prior to the date the written comments are due.
