From Friday, June 29, until Monday, July 16, contractors for the Main Avenue business loop project will open the bridge to two-way traffic in West Fargo.

Crews Move to Next Block of 10th Street North Project June 27
Coming this week, crews will move one block north and south of the current work zone area on 10th Street N. Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, June 27, between the blocks of 10th – 11th Avenues crew will begin to break up the existing concrete roadway and underground work closing this block to local traffic. Another project crew will move south to enter the block between 7th – 8th Avenues on Monday, July 2, weather permitting.

Draft 2019-2022 STIP ready for public comment until July 9, 2018
The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) has published a draft of the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and it will be available for comment from June 6, 2018 to July 9, 2018. The STIP is a four-year program of transportation improvements that are funded with federal highway and transit monies. Improvements include projects on the state and county highways, urban streets, roadway safety features, bikeways, as well as busing programs, which will be funded with federal funds.

Overnight Sheyenne Street Closure June 4 from 8 PM – 6 AM in West Fargo
Monday evening, June 4, crews will change access for north to south travel on Sheyenne Street under the Interstate 94 (I-94) bridges. From 8 p.m. – 6 a.m. on Monday, Sheyenne Street will be closed to all traffic underneath the I-94 bridges for one evening. Crews will complete the installation of the last storm sewer pipe across Sheyenne Street. By the morning rush hour on Tuesday, both directions of Sheyenne Street underneath the I-94 bridges will open to drivers.
