NDDOT seeks comments on 2018 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) Amendment

NDDOT is seeking comments an amendment to the 2018-2021 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for inclusion of a previously-unpublished project in 2018 and for changes in the funding of previously-published projects in 2018.
- Federal funding for the Little Missouri River crossing in Billings County has been corrected to be shown as local funding.
- Milling and asphalt overlay in Devils Lake on 5th Ave NE from 6th St to the north city limits and on 14th St NE from College Dr to 5th Ave NE. Total Cost: 1,300,000
- The total cost for the slide repair near Exit 290 on I-94 westbound in Valley City has increased from $5.5 million to $11 million.
The public is invited to view the current STIP on the NDDOT’s website at www.dot.nd.gov by clicking on “Publications” on the top of the page, then clicking on the “2018-2021 Final STIP (Statewide Transportation Improvement Program)” link under the Plans and Reports section.
